We accept returns within 24 hours for perishable products and within 7 days for non-perishable items. All returned products must be in their original condition. Full refunds are provided for defective products or incorrect items delivered.
Enjoy hassle-free ordering with no minimum purchase required for deliveries within Dhaka. For locations outside Dhaka, the minimum order amount is BDT 1,000.
Delivery is free for orders above BDT 1,500 within Dhaka city. For orders below this amount, delivery charges are BDT 80. Outside Dhaka delivery charges vary by location. We deliver throughout Dhaka city and selected areas outside Dhaka.
